From the owner: "In November of 2010 we opened "Pie Lady & Son," our small retail shop on Route 9W. I manage the business, but Mom is still in charge of the baking. Along with our staff, I get my hands into the pie dough too, but always following her recipes and instructions! When customers stop by for the first time we welcome them to our shop and to our products by assuring them that all of our baked goods are made right here, the old-fashioned way, using flour, butter, sugar, and fresh fruit.
